This month still has many of the same plants in flower and lots of new flowers are still appearing. Buddleia, Golden Rod, Crocosmia, Marjoram, Sunflowers, Teasels and Lesser Knapweed are great for bees and butterflies. The Pond lilies produce stunning large flowers and the tiny scarlet pimpernel is just as beautiful.
